I believe London is the next global gastronomic city. From Malaysian to Mexican, it can be found in London as new cafés and eateries appear on every street corner.
The obsession with quality cuisine and ingredients is growing in London. Emphasis on slow, local, and fresh foods can be tasted in the various gastronomic delights available in the city. Through photography I hope to express my findings about the craft of serving food coupled with fine ingredients in England's capital.
